Dependable Global Solutions (DGS) , as the Prime, is an 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business that specializes in serving the Department of Defense and Federal Government clients providing full-scope Information Technology (IT) Security, Information Assurance, Mission Assurance, Computer Network Operations (CNO), System Engineering, Programmatic and Acquisition services.  We have deep and focused expertise providing full-spectrum IT Network Security services including Computer Network Attack (CNA), Computer Network Defense (CND), Forensic Analysis, Vulnerability Assessments, Communications Security (COMSEC), Security Management and Policy development, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Change and Configuration Management, System Engineering, Project Management, as well as Data Protection and Continuity of Operations (COOP) Emergency Data Recovery.

Our customer base spans the Department of Defense (DoD) and national security community to include the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), Marine Corps System Command (MARCORSYSCOM), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), US Army / Army Operations Center (USA/AOC), SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic (SSC LANT) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).  Our company has the unique experience and capability in providing tailored support spanning the full spectrum of IT Security, Intelligence, and Information/Mission Assurance services as well as System Engineering and Programmatic services.  DGS stands apart in its ability to provide operationally experienced personnel who thoroughly understand the customer’s mission critical requirements as well as posses the technical skills and practical knowledge necessary to deliver the expert support that our customers deserve.

Basic Commerce and Industries (BCI) a Large Business provides systems engineering services in support of surface Navy programs involved in conceiving, designing, testing, and lifetime support of U.S. Navy surface combatants.  BCI-Dahlgren supports such areas as fleet operational events, training systems development and evaluation, development and evaluation of operational concepts, evaluation of prototype systems, and expert consultation services in areas such as combat and weapon systems, combat direction systems, sensors and weapons, and advanced surface warship joint warfighting capabilities. In addition, BCI-Dahlgren maintains expertise in surface ship Human System Integration, including manning, personnel and training, and human factors engineering.  This expertise can be utilized in the development of joint warfare doctrine and of multi-service and joint tactics, techniques, and procedures.  We perform work in a variety of warfare capability areas, at the unit, tactical group, operational force, and theater-strategic Joint Task Force levels.

Innovative Multimedia Services LLC. (IMS) is a Minority Owned, Woman-Owned, Small Business located in North Charleston, South Carolina.  We are a professional services company that provides state-of-the-art multimedia and logistics support to the warfighter through multiservice customers, including SPAWAR and commercial businesses.  Our key core competencies and services that we are currently providing include Development of Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals ( IETM), Electronic Performance Support Systems (EPSS), Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI), Computer Based Training (CBT), and Electronic Publications We have provided and continue to provide the above listed services to specific SPAWAR programs such as:  Program Management Engineering and Logistics Support (PMEL), Global War on Terror (GWOT), Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) and All-Terrain Vehicles (M-ATV).  We also provide Multimedia Instruction support to US Army CECOM, and TACOM.

Technology Service Corporation (TSC) is a high technology Large Business primarily engaged in providing engineering consulting services and specialized products to the U.S. Government and industry. Consulting and research services span the systems life cycle from advanced concept development through logistics support. Our specialized products include electronic components for microwave and digital processing systems; prototype demonstration systems; and computer software for radar siting, geographic information enterprise solutions, and sensor simulations.  TSC has supported Federal Government, commercial, and international customers for over 40 years.  Our Government customers include the US Military Services (primarily the Navy), Defense Agencies, and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).  TSC maintains offices in twelve locations with 400 employees nationwide.  Many of our contracts involve providing high-technology engineering services in a task order contracting environment. Core competencies, and where TSC strives to maintain leadership include expertise developing and implementing advanced technical solutions in key disciplines such as systems engineering, sensor technology, C4ISR, logistics, and information systems with a focused, multi-dimensional internal IR&D program targeted on advanced technologies.

What We Do


While traditional defensive posturing provides adequate security for many of our clients, DGS also provides counter-intrusion measures through cyber security expertise, forensics analysis, and various exploitation techniques. This provides a truly comprehensive approach to IT Security.
