Configuration Management efforts shall be performed on-site in the MAX flight during core hours (M-F 0730-1630). The contractor shall manage and integrate DoD technical requirements and processes.
The contractor shall evaluate and document the Network Security Division (NSD)’s network configuration and infrastructure and determine where enhancements can be made. This includes removing redundant or excessive network components; providing recommendations for streamlining network configuration; evaluating problems with communications bandwidth requirements, particularly under periods of peak usage; and identifying corrections and enhancements.
The contractor shall administer and manage the configuration control management process for the 33 NWS. The contractor shall hold weekly CCBs and provide meeting minutes to the COR NLT 24 hours after meetings are completed. The contractor shall also provide weekly executive roll-up briefings/reports of current and upcoming project management efforts for the 33 NWS, and maintain a quarterly/monthly report of completed projects (CDRL A006, A007 and A008).
The Contractor shall maintain configuration management database of non-Program Manager Office (PMO) controlled ACD components. The contractor shall serve as the focal point for tracking life-cycle management of ACD network hardware and software components ensuring proper license management and hardware life-cycle refresh is conducted.
The contractor shall document changes to internally controlled ACD components.
